About the Chef

Marie has been passionate about food for as long as she can remember. Since the age of 9, she was cooking Sunday and evening dinners with her Grandmother…learning the traditional, time honored dishes of her Italian Heritage.

Marie graduated from a small culinary school in 2001, adding the classic French Techniques to her repertoire of recipes, and continues to expand her knowledge of food and beverage by taking continuing education courses at The Culinary Institute of America in Napa and New York. During the last few years, Marie has continued to customize her recipes, by working with famous chefs, teaching and cooking for the rich and famous in the Los Angeles area.

Marie will customize all menus to fit your family’s desires. The recipes are simple and have endured generations. She uses only the best of organic and farm fresh ingredients from sustainable farms within the area.
