It’s an easy four - step process:
1. I will schedule a convenient time to meet in the comfort of your home and conduct a food preference assessment. At this consultation, I’ll also become familiar with your kitchen’s appliances and work area. In addition, we’ll determine how frequently you wish to have the service. Weekly, bi-weekly or even less frequently.
2. Based on the number of meals you have chosen for each of my cook dates, I will plan a menu with your tastes and dietary requirements. A few days before the cook date, I will email or fax the menu…If you have favorite recipes, I will be happy to use them.
3. On the day of the cook appointment, I will shop for the groceries, using local, seasonal and organic ingredients. I will come and cook in the safety of your kitchen.
4. A few hours later you’ll find your refrigerator packaged with gourmet meals, and heating instructions, a spotless kitchen and lingering aromas.
